I stopped trying to become something

and let myself simply be.

My name is Caitlin and I live in a rural county at the edge of the Eagle Cap Wilderness in Eastern Oregon. I tend a homestead with my partner and daughter. I do work I believe in, at a pace that feels like living rather than performing.

My path to this work has moved through three distinct places — building my own businesses from the ground up, consulting for small brands finding their footing, and eventually leading marketing and brand strategy from within a company I believed in deeply. Each vantage point taught me something the others couldn't. I know what it feels like to be the founder with everything at stake. I know what it feels like to arrive as an outside set of eyes. And I know what it feels like to tend a brand slowly, from the inside, over years, watching what compounds and what fades.

That breadth is what I bring to this work. Not a single methodology. A lifetime of paying close attention.

I know what it feels like to build something real.

I know what it feels like to lose the thread of it.

I know the way back.

My background is in both branding and marketing. Not as separate disciplines but as a single, continuous act of relationship. Branding finds what’s true. Marketing is how that truth reaches the people it’s meant for, again and again, in a voice they recognize and trust. One without the other is incomplete.

Good marketing sounds and feels like a good friend.

Not a brand performing connection. An actual human voice, showing up with something worth saying, at a pace that respects the relationship. Sharing bits of life. Expressing vulnerability. Occasionally offering something to buy, but mostly seeking the kind of connection that makes someone feel genuinely seen. That’s what I help founders build. Not a following. A community of people who are actually theirs.
